Stream of Consciousness Writing
Stream of consciousness writing (also known as “morning pages” from The Artist’s Way) is one of the simplest ways I’ve found to clear mental clutter and process what I’m feeling.
No structure, no editing, no pressure to sound good—just write.
It’s less about what you say and more about getting it out.
I come back to this practice often, especially when my mind feels busy or stuck. It creates space you didn’t even realize you needed. ☀️
