All About BluBell

I spent most of my life trying to figure out how to feel better.
Not just on the surface, but in a real, lasting way. In my body. In my mind. In how I moved through the world.

After 30 years as an artist, I thought I understood human emotion. Turns out understanding it and actually feeling better in it are very different things.

From the outside, it looked like success.
But internally, I was still navigating anxiety, pressure, and overthinking.

That’s when I started to get honest about what wasn’t working.

I explored everything I could find. Science, spirituality, ancient practices, modern tools. Some of it helped. Some of it didn’t. Most of it gave me pieces, but not the full picture.

What changed things was shifting the question.
From How do I fix this? to How do I work with myself?

That’s when everything opened up.

What I began to understand is that feeling better isn’t something you arrive at.
It’s learning how to work with yourself. Your patterns, your nervous system, your thoughts. Consistently, over time.

It’s a practice.

I started building my own toolbox. Simple, repeatable tools that shift how I feel. Ways to regulate, reset, and come back to myself, even in the middle of real life.

Not perfectly. Not all the time. But consistently enough to change things.

BluBell came out of that.

I’m not here to tell you what works. I’m here to share what I’ve found so you can figure out what works for you. The goal is for you to have your own tools. A way of returning to yourself that belongs to you and no one else.

It’s a space where I share what I’ve learned and what I’m still learning. The practical tools you can use right away, and the deeper questions that keep evolving.

I don’t see this as a finish line.
I see it as an ongoing exploration of what it means to feel better, and more alive.

If you’re on that path too, you’re in the right place.
