Scream Therapy

Scream therapy (also called primal therapy) is all about letting emotions move instead of bottling them up. There’s actually research behind why it helps:

• Expressive therapies have been shown to help release stored emotions and reduce emotional stress (Journal of Psychotherapy Integration)
• Vocal release—like yelling or screaming—can lower cortisol and ease physical tension (Frontiers in Psychology)
• Cathartic expression can even trigger endorphins, helping shift your mood (The Arts in Psychotherapy)

Find a space where you feel safe, take a breath, and let it out. No overthinking, no holding back.

It might feel intense in the moment… but what comes after is often a surprising sense of calm. 💥
